'Natural Born Killers' is a movie released in 1994 about two lovers who are also serial killers. Directed by Oliver Stone, it was presented in a frenzied, psychedelic, and satirical style, with some portions of the movie shown in black and white.
The main characters of the film are Mickey (played by Woody Harrelson) and Mallory Knox (played by Juliette Lewis). They travel across Route 666, committing massacres along the way whenever they feel like it. Their psychedelic mass-slaughters are often spur-of-the-moment events for the sake of conducting them - not for money nor revenge as is usually the case. They love hearing the media talk about their crime sprees, so they make it a point to leave one, but just one, lucky survivor to tell their story.

Two people pursue the couple for different reasons: detective Jack Scagnetti (played by Tom Sizemore) to catch them, and unscrupulous journalist Wayne Gale (played by Robert Downey, Jr.) to film them. Gale has subsequently made Mickey and Mallory famous on TV.
The criminal activities of the Knox couple are temporarily halted when authorities caught them in a drug store, where they are trying to steal antidotes for the rattlesnake bites they sustained while fleeing in the desert.
A year later, the couple gets their chance to escape again when they were permitted to be interviewed by Gale in prison. A riot starts in the prison as a result of the interview, which leads to a mayhem that warden McClusky (Tommy Lee Jones) isn't able to control, and thus allowing Mickey and Mallory to escape with Gale.
After granting Gale a final interview, Mickey kills Gale, who was told too late that Mickey's 'lone' witness this time is not him, but his camera.
